Stations and Fundamentals
Each day, the campers will experience various stations, specializing in fundamental skills of football. Individual groups will be small to assure that each camper gets maximum instruction from the top football coaches in the Dallas area.

Games and Competition
Campers will participate in daily games, stations, and skill contests during the Jason Witten Football Camp. Each camper will be placed on a team according to his or her age.

Instructional Lectures
Jason Witten will give daily talks highlighting the finer points of the game of football and beyond. Parents and guests will be able to listen to camp guests in designated areas at each location.

For the 20^thyear Jay Novacek and members of the Dallas Cowboys will hold a youth football camp for boys ages 7 to 18.   Jay’s camp will be held at The University of North Texas in Denton, Texas July 6^th-9th.  
In addition to an outstanding coaching staff, Jay will bring in several of the Dallas Cowboys to work with and instruct the boys.   This camp is rated as one of the best instructional football camps in the nation (Performance Magazine rated it as one of the top 10 summer camps in the nation.)

Grass Drills will be held the week of August 9 - 12

Draft for 2010 season will be conducted Saturday, August 14.

Coaches are allowed to start practices the week of August 16.

First week of games begin.

Playoffs begin

All Super Bowls will be held on Sunday to allow for CYFA players and parents to attend CHS playoff games held on Saturday.
