Fall Tackle Team Formation:
CYFA follows the NTFL bylaws for team formation. Once a Head Coach and Assistants have successfully completed the coaching certification process and granted a team, they will be able to participate in the team formation process (draft).
There are player evaluations conducted to give coaches an opportunity to view and determine players' potential positions ahead of the draft.
It's important to note the following:
- Recruiting players is prohibited until a Head Coach and Assistants successfully complete the coaching certification process.
- Coaches from the previous season are not guaranteed a team in the current season.
- The CYFA Board reserves the right to remove, at their discretion, any Coach from the league if it is determined that the team creation process was not followed.
